License for Multiple Installations - Purchase one copy, install into Mint for as many domains as you own. Simple as that.
Free minor point upgrades - minor point is the ".0" part of "2.0", minor points are designated solely at my discretion. (in fact major point upgrades may be free as well, you can probably expect all upgrades within the same calendar year to be free)
The "It doesn't work for me" refund - If Pathstats doesn't work for you, just let me know and if I can't help resolve the problem I'll give you a refund. Simple as that. I know things don't always work on all configurations, and you can't always know ahead of time if it will work or not.
